The place is very cute and airy, food is not bad also, but service was quite disappointing, they were not attentive, ignoring us trying to order dessert for so long that we just gave up waiting. Also we asked cold matcha with ice, it came without ice, we asked to add ice, they brought it back with no ice again. Also matcha is very badly made
