The food was very good. The restaurant was beautiful. The female singer was excellent. Loved the Leclerc-Briant Champagne.

Beautiful płace with a great view on Anse de Grand Cul de Sac. Tasty food and very nice, smiling and attentive staff. I highly recommend. We had a lunch there in a very rainy day ( very unusual) and were taken a great care of by entire staff. Thai you all😊

Outstanding restaurant. Food... all dishes were prepared beyond expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent. Service, excellent. Absolutely 0 negatives about Amis. Great job you're doing ladies and gentlemen

We got a table, close to the ( Non announced ) live music, we asked for a bit further away that was Ok. However the music was extreme loud, One could not hear what the waiters told us about the food and we could not talk together, because the music was really too loud. We asked for the music to be a bit less loud the waitress said she would ask and came back telling us ( a bit embarrassed) that the management said "No, as it was live music...." We ordered a cocktail, that after 3 x asking again, came after 30 min, when we were already with the first course. But they did not charge it. We had a waiter that was friendly, but defininitely his first day on the job, as he did not gasp anything. The octopus was very nice, but the linguini after that, with Lobster was served cold and the lobster was over cooked The meal was looking good but portions extreme small, it the actuality the tendency of the moment, at St Barth, more and more a rip off, without even being good. This with the exprerience of the Spa ( Which is underground, while we are in a hotel on the Caribbean beach, where first thing is to get your credit card and pay, before even having seen the spa, which I though was, especially at St Barth, rather strange, but both experiences have now really put me off, from going back to this hotel. I had gone there for drinks, not long after they opened and the service was then already bad, so I thought to try it again, but thats done now. I have a house on the island , so am often there, and though I find the Hotel far away from everything, I have now tried it several times, where I was disappointed, which is a pity, as their Philosophy I appreciate: They do a lot on sun pannels.....

Excellent Cuisine in an unique setting. Everything is as exquisite and gorgeous as in the pictures! And above all : it’s also insanely delicious!

Best food we’ve had on St. Barths in years!! Great setting and lovely service. Every dish was delicious and we are a tough crowd. I highly recommend.
