All lunch reservations and 5pm dinners are for a 90min seating time for groups of all sizes. All dinner reservations starting after 5pm are for a seating time of 120min. All groups of 8 or more guest must commit to Anason Feast Set menu. Groups of 8 or more will attract a 10% service charge. All bookings will be secured with a credit card. This card will only be charged in the event of no show, late cancellation, or reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours of the booking. This reservation is guaranteed to the value of $50 per person. Different cancellation periods or fees might apply for special events. We have 15minutes grace period. We may not be able to keep your table for more than 15mins after your booking time. All card payments incur a surcharge. Please note that for the time being we are taking a maximum of 2 equal payments per bill in order to minimize contact at the table. Please ask your guests to be prepared to transfer funds within your group if necessary. Our menu is extensive and regrettably cannot list every ingredient in each dish. Very busy and bustling which made the atmosphere exciting but maybe a bit noisy if you want a quite romantic dinner - food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality.

Anason continues to delight. I have introduced a lot of people to it and the reviews are always glowing. The shared plates make it a great way to try many more dishes and find things you like (everything!). I would highly recommend this restaurant as great for big or small groups. Too lively for a romantic dinner date if you want quiet but the food will never let you down.

Anason is a gem with excellent and innovative Turkish food, excellent service, and an ever changing menu. Every time we visit, we discover a new favourite! One of the nicest aspects of Anason is that they showcase products from Turkey that would be hard to find elsewhere in Australia. Of course, the fact that it is "open air" and right on the water's edge in Barangaroo, makes for an exceptional experience!

The food was outstanding. Both delicious and atheistically pleasing. The service was good but really hard to get annoys attention. The cocktails were unusual worth a try. We had the lamb, the broccolini, the beetroot and labne and halloumi. It was all very tasty

Lovely atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Recommend the haloumi and the beetroot tartare. Want to go back to try the chicken and the cauliflower (which seemed very popular!)

Loved the food at Anason. The waiter was nice and attentive. It was a bit difficult to hear him, because of the buzzing noise from the many diners. The meals were delicious and something different to what you'd normally get at a traditional Australian restaurant. It was a lovely day out.

This was our second time here and it did not disappoint! We had some lovely vegetarian dishes, perfect for sharing. Delicious, not heavy and very different from everything else. Food looked beautiful, tasted delicious and service was quick and attentive. Will go here again and again.

This was our 3rd visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Lamb loin and wagyu flank were both standout dishes. Service was good but somewhat lacking in warmth from previous visits. In saying that, we will return as Anason is our favourite Turkish restaurant and a must visit for us when we're in Barangaroo.

Anason has great food, great service and is set right near the water at Barangaroo. We had the $108 feast and a bottle of wine and everything was first class. Discreet service but attentive. We would happily go there again. Their oysters, lamb and seafood dishes were all flavoursome.

Well, that was disappointing! Had a few dishes tonight that were quite good, including the lamb. But we culminated with their signature dish, Wagu beef, which was a real letdown. If it was Wagu… it was in name only. Then the Turkish coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Shame…

We had the simit, house made Turkish bead, smoked beetroot, cauliflower, snapper, grilled ox tongue, haloumi, and hunkar begendi, three desserts. Four wines, cocktail, and two non-alcoholic drinks. It was all under $400 and there was four of us. We left very full. The food is delicious and you won’t go wrong whatever you choosers the menu. Our favourite was the “Fauna” section of the menu but if there were more of us we would have continued to choose different things. Also a BIG PLUS was that is is dog-friendly and open on a Monday which a lot of restaurants are. This is the third time returning and won’t be the last

As a child growing up in Istanbul Somer Sivrioglu always wanted to be by the sea. Now, with Anason, located in Barangaroo, his childhood dream has come true. In this waterfront location Sivrioglu and his team of young Turkish chefs deliver a truly authentic Anatolian experience, serving the rich culture, colour, vibrancy and hospitality of Sivrioglu's home city on a plate - all by the water. Given the setting the menu is more influenced by the sea that his first restaurant, Efendy but it's part of this restaurant's charm. It's different to what he's done before.
