I enjoyed the food a lot, be it couvert or main course. Especially the couvert was different to what you usually get.
The only disappointing was that they had no cheesecake available for dessert.

Had a confirmed table reservation for 19.00 then we had to discover the restaurant opened 19.30...
Food was excellent! Their octopus was the softest experience I have ever had, so "Polvo Lagarei" higly recommended! Could have been more crowded but since it is a new restaurant and end of november no cause for worries. Wish them a good start with business!!!

Restaurant looks amazing, interior has been thought out well. We booked a table for 7, when we got there we were told to come back at 7:30. A bit odd but ok. When we came back we didn’t even get offered a drink or a menu for 10 minutes, starters came and they were delicious. Prawns were a standout! Now for the surprise, we were then handed the bill even though we were yet to have our mains and hadn’t asked for the bill (the mains were on the bill) after an apology eventually the mains came out. Fish was overcooked, steak was ok. By this time restaurant was busy and it seems staff were really struggling. Lots of hungry and angry faces wondering where there food was and we noticed it was taking people over 15 minutes to even be given a menu when arriving. So much potential but they need more staff or better staff.
