A nice little find in Battersea, away from the bustle of the Power Station complex. Authentic Italian food: the Pappardelle al funghi e salsiccia was delicious. My wife’s Norma was quite bland unfortunately. Service was polite but somewhat inattentive: our starter bread arrived after the main, and we asked three times for table water. It was busy, but I sensed the staff were new. It’s a small place, only a dozen or so tables, not a place for an intimate conversation. But for a real taste of Italy I would recommend.

Even though they open at 6, we were there at quarter past 5. They were so kind to let us have some drinks first and started serving us quarter to 6. Thank you for the lovely recommendation!

The restaurant was a bit of a hike for us but well worth it . Great food. When the restaurant got busier ,the ambience definitely got better. I found the waiter unwelcoming at first, but he definitely got friendlier over the course of the dinner. Would definitely recommend and would go again when in London.n

Our waitress did her best although understaffed as the other waiter could not understand English. Food was tasty but my wife’s pasta was requested with no cheese. Waitress did immediately take the dish back but the biggest disappointment was that the cheese was picked out rather than cook a fresh dish with no cheese as originally ordered. She ended up leaving it. Would probably not go again as it is not our area of residence.

It's a great little place - food was good, the maitre d is excellent but the timings of the dishes weren't ideal.....we thought they might need an extra staff member or two. But good problems to have!

Our reservation was scheduled for 18:30, but around 20:20, I expressed my frustration about the food not being served. The waitress explained that the delay was due to our order of parmigiana di melanzana, (which had been served an hour earlier), causing a delay in preparing the rest of the dishes (all pasta). They mentioned this was due to their food is made from scratch and fresh, which think should have been communicated upfront to manage expectations. We had a 5-year-old with us who had been waiting for dinner for two hours, and it was close to their bedtime. Also, there was confusion regarding which dish was meant for which table. Unfortunately, our salad never arrived, but it was still charged on the receipt. The wait for the food was definitely not worth it, and the overall experience was below average. The restaurant removed the service charge for us and other tables, as they were facing delays due to only three staff members, including the chef. It would have been better for them to apologise to everyone for the delay given the challenges. Attempting to inaccurately justify a situation with senseless explanations does have a negative impact on the reputation of the business and it is insulting to customers. Not planning on returning to the restaurant, as we didn't feel respected during our visit.

Superb authentic Italian food. Lovely restaurant with great service, very convenient to Battersea Power Station and Queenstown Road Station. Some very nice wine!
