2.5/10The waiter at the Angus Marbella was rude. He obviously should have taken Christmas Night off! The Malbec I ordered was rancid and when I asked for another glass to replace the first, the waiter brought me an even worse glass of wine which I never drank! In my party of three, none of the entrees were good, and the Caesar Salad was not fresh. When asked if we wanted dessert or coffee, we unanimously rejected the waiter’s offer, not wanting to be further disappointed. Our Christmas dinner was ruined by the bad service and the bad food we were served at Angus Marbella! I did not leave a tip, which was the first time I have done that in my life!

7.5/10The waiter John was lovely (from Columbia) but the restaurant didn’t have our reservation and so we had to sit inside and it was exceptionally hot which ruined the evening. The food was amazing but we asked for a gap between courses which didn’t happen, so the meal was over within 1.5 hours and felt like they just wanted to have the table back. Such a shame as we love the restaurant normally.

2/10Ordered four steaks. One ordered medium was rare and another ordered well done was pink and cold. No apology and waited an eternity for them to be returned after which my kids had long finished. Needed to ask for fresh fries as the others were then cold. These also arrived late and were charged for on the bill. Have an Amy Winehouse tribute at front of house and we couldn’t converse where we were seated. Shame as it is a beautiful restaurant.

5/10We ordered a tomahaak steak medium cooked. And it came out way more rare than medium. (Sliced up) The staff came with a little grill for us to cook it for ourselves. Almost half of it was fat. No sorry or offer of any compensation like a free dessert or even a coffee. Not going back.

5.5/10The place is nice, nicely decorated and at first glance, seems to be a good place. However, the service is rather slow. Only 2 tables sitting in the restaurant, we waited 10 minutes to be sited. But the biggest disappointment was the food. All 4 meat dishes arrived 45 after ordering and all overcooked. Overcooked meat in a steak restaurant is really unacceptable.

5/10The music was overly loud for background prerecorded music. The service wasn't very attentive and the time between courses was too long. The staff weren't particularly customer focused. The price was acceptable for the food, which was fine but nothing special. Won't be going again.
