The best advice is order from your home or hotel as these orders clearly take priority over anyone foolish enough to go to the restaurant and spend money on drinks and wine there. We had an excellent table to watch dozens of orders be run out the door We needed to ask each time where our order was from drinks to dessert. As we had never seen our waiter and were served by the manager between other tasks I decided not to pay the tip. The manager noted this is how the waiters are paid so my suggestion is that the owner share some of the profits from take out which is where his priority seems to lie and offset the service issues being created in the restaurant. When you get the food it is very good. Surprised at the Michelin recommendation based on the above.
