A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now

Cette table du quartier des Batignolles mise sur un approvisionnement en circuit court pour ne proposer que des produits de saison et locaux. Sa démarche responsable ne s’arrête pas là puisque l’ensemble du mobilier fait de matériaux naturels provient d’artisans d’Ile de France. Le chef Thibaut Spiwack partage aussi avec ses convives son intérêt pour une meilleure façon de consommer. Dans l’assiette, les accords sont justes, parfois audacieux, sans pour autant dénaturer le produit. Ce jour-là, la carte affichait un œuf bio parfait servi avec une réduction bourguignonne et lard fumé mais aussi un filet de sandre rôti et son jus au vin rouge, pomme de terre, fraise et estragon.     An excellent restaurant. We were pleasantly suprised as not all gastronomic restaurants have that extra something that leaves an impression. The dishes have original mixes of flavours. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend.

    The restaurant was everything we hoped it would be. Service was fantastic, food was amazing and so unique and creative, and we met the chef, who was very generous with his time. We would highly recommend this place. Worth every penny, and they were very accommodating to me, a vegetarian.
