10/10The best osso buco I’ve had in Milan which was served with a warm buttery risotto Milanese which was a delight. Service was excellent, the wine suggestions with every course of the meal only kept getting better.

10/10The best restaurant we ate at during our 2 weeks in Italy. The service was superb, the wine was delicious, and the food was spectacular. The menu had a few items out of the ordinary like fried veal brain, but we have it a shot and ended up being my favorite dish. Everything from the friend gnocchi, the Milanese style meatballs, slow cooked egg, the pasta, the brain, the cheek, & the dessert were all amazing. A must try if you find yourself in Milan.

10/10What a wonderful place. We had the Mondeghili, the risotto al Ossobuco and the cotoletta: each and every one of them were simply the best we have had in Milan and among the best we have had in Italy. Just simple, traditional food, every bite hitting just the right note.. It’s certainly not a cheap place, but the price seems fair for what you get. Service was also outstanding. When we ambitiously eyed the Cotoletta Imperiale—which, we later found out, packed a mammoth 2kg of meat—our savvy waiter steered us towards the more modest, yet still ample, regular option. It comfortably fed three of us for lunch... and dinner too! For those driving, rest easy knowing there's a secure parking lot, allowing you to dine in peace.

10/10Excellent atmosphere, food a price. The service is impeccable, the food is traditional, the atmosphere is elegant and cozy. The bill at the end was surprisingly honest.

8.5/10Lovely place with a romantic environment. Good selection of wine and a great variety of local food. We tried a lovely strart of egg 65. The main was cheeks and wellington. The meat was very soft and the amount of food was generous.

8/10Good food with large portion. The elephant ear is enormous. One serving can be shared by 2 or 3 people. It tastes good. Just that we had to cancel other dishes because we were stuffed after the elephant ear. The garden looks great. It was a pity that we visited on a rainy day. It could be nice to dine outdoor.

7.5/10Beautiful! Date night material. I ordered a starter and a 1st. First they brought homemade bread and then a little surprise that was so tasty. It was a little round warm bread with red cabbage and I don’t know what, but it was good. I had ordered the meatballs with tartare sauce as a starter. Very boring! Don’t order it. My 1st was the Cannoncini with black garlic and black truffle stuffed with rabbit in porchetta. Delish! I tried to order chocolate cake but it turned out to be chocolate mousse. Oh well, no chocolate cake for me.

10/10A piece of paradise hidden behind a market and high buidings. If you'll be lucky to find it, you will have a wonderful dinner or lunch, in an old building full of red bricks and old athmosphere. The meal is wonderful, fresh from the market, and cooked as soon as you need. Some pictures of the old Milan, hanging on the wall, will take you in another place and other time.

9/10Location is great inside, well conceived and decorated, though the restaurant is not in a great area of town. Food is good, not great, but honest and traditional. Service is excellent in all aspects.
