Thanks to the Korean female staff member, I had an enjoyable meal. With a Korean menu available, I had no trouble choosing dishes, and the female staff member kindly explained and assisted me, for which I was grateful.

The pizzas were good, nothing to complain… however the service was such a bad experience to me and my friends. The blond lady took an order of four of us at the same time, their three pizzas arrived and mine was too retarded.. there was obviously a confusion between our table and the one next to us. The blond lady insisted that there was no mistake whatsoever using high tones to prove an un logical explanations… at the end my pizza arrived when my friends finished eating theirs, the next table had two pizzas arrived with a difference of half an hour time as well… bad service experience and would never return as there are lots of great pleasant places all over florence

Food and service on the top level. We had some pizzas, pinci pasta and frittiert misto. Everything was tasty and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to everyone.

We arrived at the restaurant when scheduled and we were told that the chef wasn’t available! And pizza was only available. The pizza was good the service was good however not having a selection was a disappointment.
