This set menu includes:Aperatif + Hors d'oeuvre + Starter + 2nd Starter + Main course + Dessert

  • Aperatif
    • Salmón ahumado, falso canelón de ricotta trufada, boletus de verano a la parrila, espinacas frescas, suave crema picante de yogurt, pepino y crujiente de aguacate.
  • Hors d'oeuvre
    • Sartén de crocante y jugosa morcilla de cebolla, compota de manzana, cebolla caramelizada, crujiente de parmesano y bombones garrapiñados de cabra
  • Starter
    • Explosión de sabor!! tallos tiernos de hojas verdes, nueces caramelizadas, aguacate, pechuga de pollo de corrar deshilado, tomate cassé y notas de sabores agridulces.
  • 2nd Starter
    • Chuletón de buey, rubia gallega, marcado al carbón (45 días de maduración), notas de romero, tomillo, y patatas fritas trufadas al tomillo (1KG)

    • Banofi pie: chantilly sobre cremoso dulce de leche, plátano y suave base de galleta y mantequilla.

Este menú incluye: Para comenzar, como un pica pica + Mar o Tierra (uno a elegir) + Dulce final, degustación de postres + Bodega

  • Para comenzar, como un pica pica
    • Falso canelon de ricotta, laminas trufa negra, ceps dorados a la parrilla y espinacas frescas.

      Cremosa burrata de la puglia, tomate casse, albahaca tratada como un pesto y su chorrito de virgen extra infusionado en trufa.

      Foie mi-cuit cubierto de finas láminas de manzana caramelizada, gelée de late harvest y croutons de pan de naranja.

      Pulpo parrillero, espuma de patata, base de sobrasada y miel y salsa de anticucho.¡un clásico para nosotros!

      Huevo de corral 3 minutos, patata paja, cebolla confitada, jamón ibérico y trufa negra (tuber melanosporum) de sarrión, teruel, rallada al momento.

      Sarten de crocante y jugosa morcilla de cebolla, compota de manzana, cebolla caramelizada, crujiente de parmesanoy bombones garrapiñados de cabra.
  • Mar o Tierra (uno a elegir)
    • Atun rojo mediterraneo, macerado en soja y jengibre, sellado en semillas de cilantro, carpaccio de pleurotus eryngii marcados, salsa ponzu, teriyaki, trigueros en crudites, tallo de flor de loto, espuma de miso y huevas de salmon.

      Hamburguesa de filete angus, rellena de brie de maux y nueces caramelizada, cebolla confitada, manzana asada rellena de torta del casar, tartufo y su fondo perfumado a Pedro Ximénez
  • Dulce final, degustación de postres
    • Coulant de chocolate caliente guanaj espuma de nutela y helado de cacao belga.

      Cheese cake, oreo y praline de avellana.

      Tibio de manzana braeburn, tratada con azucar moscovado y canela, frutos secos, helado de pistacho y vainilla en crema caliente.

      Banofi pie: chantilly sobre cremoso dulce de leche, platano y suave base de galleta y mantequilla….impresionante!

"In a very intimate setting, Antigua restaurant is distinguished by the dim light that prevails in the room, wooden furniture, the pastel tones, creative cuisine and its privileged location in the Sant Gervasi neighborhood.

When eating, you will savor the best recipes of Mediterranean cuisine. You must try their poached poultry egg, crispy potatoes, stewed onion, sobrasada and truffle aromas. Fantastic Mediterranean tuna sealed in seeds of coriander, texture of cotton and perfumed vegetable papillote or their delicious milk glazed cake, earl grey and milk quenel with meringue.

The culinary charm of its menu is based on the passion that they want to transfer to the customer by the traditional cuisine and a lot of creativity when it comes to preparing the meals. A combination which results in an ideal place to spend romantic evenings in the pleasant light of the candles."
