    Giovanni combines interesting ingredients to make wonderful pasta's. We loved the food, the atmosfere and the flamboyant host. Veg and vegan were both lovely!

    Here is a chef who brings his culture to Paris, table by table. It is a small place on a side street. He is careful to explain what is he presenting: the traditional foods and dishes of his land, and only the vegetarian forms of them. Very passionate, very unorthodox, yet very professional.

    We enjoyed a small family dinner in Paris for my husband's birthday. It was perfect for us. Simple, good, original, very casual, and intimate. My kids interacted with the chef and watched as we had fun trying to communicate with each other. The good-natured chef (who was also our waiter) welcomed us with open arms and made the dinner a moment in our trip that our kids will always remember. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I walked away thinking that was a rare, unexpected treat because of our interaction with the chef in what felt like a dinner in someone's kitchen.

    The food sometimes wonderful (home made cake with almonds and citrus was a highlight) sometimes a bit odd (appetizer of onion, almond and cacao). Special effort was made to accomodate a gluten free diet and was much appreciated. A very long time sitting at the table because the host is also the chef and the server. The line between genius and madness was sometimes crossed in the wrong direction here.

    Giovanni is a genius with flavors and knows how to experiment in the kitchen. He runs the entire restaurant all by himself and manages to pull off a incredible meal. The most fun part of the experience (besides the incredible food) is getting to talk to Giovanni— he clearly loves his craft and wants his patrons to be involved in the experience of his kitchen. This place is a must-go.

    If you're looking for a quick dinner, this is not the place.... if you only want pasta bolognese... not for you! Should you wish to taste a bit of italian atmosphere, you're in good hands. Fantastic proposals, unusual flavours and combinations of ingredients that really suprised us and gave a bit more understanding of Puglia. Exciting experience! Thrilling new spot on our gourmand Paris map!

    A great dining experience! The chef was passionate and accommodating and the food was excellent! Interesting and unusual pairings of flavor that resulted in a spectular meal. I highly recommend the restaurant both for the food and the experience.

    This is THE experience; This very small restaurant is a trip down to the Puglia region. The owner tells you stories when cooking for you. The quality food is 5 stars compaired to the price. Go !
