Booked in November for a treat with the girls. Whilst we had a lovely time company wise the restaurant I felt did not live up to our expectations. Firstly we had to wait 30 mins for our reserved table, the brunch menu was increased from when booking from £55 to £65 although when questioned they did honour the price eventually and explained it was because the festive menu change. Good choice of food although I don't understand why you have supplements for sides this should be part of the meal. We went for the wine pairing this was a perfect choice. Although I have to say the music whilst pleasant got annoying after a while, we were sat near a table with young children which I have no objection too but felt it was very noisy and the waiter was entertaining them so it really wasn't something I was expecting. Not sure because we obviously highlighted the menu change it felt like they were making us wait as tables before us seemed to get served first. It's Sadly I will not return.

The view was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful. But the prices do not match the quality of the food. The food was served cold and the tastes were not that great with weird flavors put together. On the other hand our waitress was understanding and helpful and offered compensation for the cold food.

A complete NO GO for Vegans. Food taste doesn’t meet average standards. We ordered the Pumpkin and sage ravioli - undercooked, cold. The Vegan Steak - tasted like a frozen pack put into the oven and served. The broccoli was burnt. Moreover, Didn’t feel welcome at all.

A candlelit dinner on a stormy, rainy night at Aqua in the Shard. Exquisite food, a glass of excellent New Zealand pinot noir, & wonderful company. Just perfect.

The venue was excellent! But really let down by the restaurant which ran out of side dishes for our main courses so we had half a meal. Quite dissapointing :-(

The restaurant has an excellent view, the environment is warn and beautiful. Really good service from the beginning till the end. Waiter and Waitress were so kind and gave a good treatment. The only thing I could point out is to be told that there is a requirement in the dishes each person should take as minimum, just to avoid any awkward situation.

We were excited to eat dinner at The Shard and were looking forward to a good meal and view. The view was fantastic. But the menu was very limiting and there were very few high priced choices. I would not recommend eating at the Aqua Shard.

Admittedly we booked a late lunch service around 2pm to avoid the lunchtime rush and thankfully it worked out perfectly. As it wasn't quite so busy we could talk quietly to each other and still be heard. The service provided to our table by a young lady called "Charlie" was impeccable. She was polite and friendly without being over familiar and also very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We had such a lovely time and all our choices were beautifully presented and delicious.!! We'll definitely be visiting there again!!

AquaShard was a great venue for a business dinner. Great views, not too loud and a good sized table. The food was good, not spectacular. The service was very fussy. We weren't really left alone and constantly being pestered. Apart from that, was a lovely evening.
