September 2019. Friendly reception and efficient service. Had the set menu which was lovely. Not our first visit nor our last . We will be back next May. Genuine people providing good food in a pleasant environment for sensible money.
We were recommended this restaurant by pool staff at our villa complex , the staff are very welcoming and quietly attentive, the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing Some may find the menu a little restrictive but you only have to ask and they will accommodate you NOTHING is too much trouble ! please trust me when I tell you the food is off the scale good !!!
Had the set lunch...great selection of starters and mains, beautifully presented and prepared. No shortage of flavours. Super experience.

Lovely warm and friendly welcome from the owner and the staff. The food was really 5 star and very enjoyable indeed. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. In fact we shall be returning next week before we leave.
Nice food - I had the trio of fish but to be honest it felt little more than a starter portion. Thank goodness my better half left some of her seafood pasta ( which was excellent). We asked 3 or 4 times for the wine list & menu & on the last time, they explained they were full, were clearly stretched & didn't have enough menus ( really???). Please treat us like adults & tell us that on the first time. We understand on the first requests, we then begin to feel ignored. So not a great day at the office. Will we go again. Hmmmmm - not sure

Absolutely loved this restaurant and will definitely return when we’re next over. The service was excellent and the staff were so welcoming. The food was superb and the atmosphere lovely. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants here

Every time we come to the Algarve ,we always visit Aquarelle. Never been disappointed.
Really pleasant evening though we were very disappointed with the Crepe Suzette dessert and in particular that the waitress never even commented that whilst the dish had been sampled most was left behind, leads me to believe that it's a common occurrence! It was a pity as other than that we had a very pleasant evening, rest of the food albeit quite small portion sizes was very good, the wine was good and reasonable priced. We will return but won't have the Crepe Suzette
A nice restaurant with good atmosphere and service but very ordinary food. We had the set menu which was fine but nowhere near as good as the roadside fish restaurant we ate in a few nights ago.

This place is a hidden gem , we came across this beautiful little restaurant three years ago in Almancil , we have always had excellent super tasting food and the staff are so friendly and welcoming ! They also looked after the children and gave them a healthy meal which included fresh vegetables !! The food and wine is something else , cannot wait to return and see the familiar friendly faces of the staff !

We love Aquarelle and will always visit when we are in the Algarve. Fantastic food, great value for money and super staff.
One of those authentic local restaurants in Almancil area. We had a set menu which consisted with starter ( Mozzarella Cheese Salad ) it was not one of those normal salads, touch of flavour and presentation. Then Main course which was sea bass with cream sauce also not normal but unique and memorable flavour in a most amazing possible way. It is about 25 mins away from Albufeira by a car. I highly recommend it if you have not visited. Outside lunch with friendly service and menus. Thank you the Fork to list this restaurant.
This is the second time we've eaten here. The service is excellent and the menu very good. We tried different main courses which weren't as nice as our previous visit but still tasty.
