10/10I have been there with my family for my birthday and I have been many times there. Surely, there you can find one of the best chuletón of Madrid. They didn’t complain for bringing a cake from outside for the BD. 10 out of 10, I would give 20/10!

9/10My date's stake came cold, but we quickly solved the issue and we got a new one. There is one interesting desert where the crape is flambated next to you and it's a nice show. Price was on the expensive side but not crazy, less then 100 euros for 2 people steak, wines, desert.

2/10Our worst experience in Spain! Before we place our order, they brought us some “mise en bouche”, most restaurants do this on the house but they charged us 17€! The amount of food in the dishes were pretty small. Now I suspect they did it on purpose because we had a 30% discount, this is cheating. We had a bill of 300+€ before discount for 6 people, which is pretty high in Spain, but they did not offer any digestive drink. ALL other restaurants we went to offered at least a limoncello and this one was our most expensive dinner. Actually, after we paid the bill, we didn’t exist anymore to them. Is this their special treatment for tourists? Not sure, but for once, reviews on the Fork mislead us.

2/10Do not come here if you are not Spanish (and don’t like raw steak). As soon as we walked into this restaurant it was clear the servers did not want us there. When the waitress asked if we wanted drinks we asked for a drinks menu and were met with a very blunt response of “beer and wine”. As we were not given a menu we were unable to pick a specific bottle of wine as we wanted. When we were eventually given a menu before the food order we could see multiple different wines on offer so we were disappointed we could not have picked a bottle ourselves from the menu. Upon being seated we were given some canapés which weren’t to our taste and bread - we assumed these were complimentary but were charged for them on the bill. We decided on ordering a steak specified on the menu for 2 people, our server appeared annoyed we had chosen this despite it clearly being stated as for 2 people on menu. We ordered our steak medium, however when it arrived it was burnt on the outside and blue/raw on the inside (upon leaving the restaurant and reading further into previous reviews we found that this was a common issue). It was a shame as the steak looked to be good quality and we felt we would have enjoyed if it was not raw. Given the hostility from our servers we felt uncomfortable bringing up the undercooked steak. When we said we didn’t want desert, bill and card machine arrived immediately. When we left the restaurant we could see the servers talking and pointing at us which made me feel very uncomfortable and was not the sort of behaviour I would expect from such a high end establishment. Really disappointed overall as the meal was very expensive and we felt leaving that the meal was a bad experience overall.

9/10Food was amazing, and service too. We took a big steak (140 euro just the steak), which was served with a hot plate to keep it warm and to cook as you desired. Wine was super good too, and with a good price (24 euro). The only point is that we forgot about the discount and unfortunately they did not apply it, which is quite disappointed as we clearly booked with a 20% discount. So if you go to this restaurant, just be sure to check the bill and ask for the discount.

Situado en pleno centro de Madrid este restaurante es otra de las apuestas del reconocido Grupo Aranjuez. Una decoración que cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle y en el que destaca su gran bodega. Desde el punto de vista gastronómico, solo se puede añadir que se nota a leguas que es un miembro de esta familia. En su carta encontramos los clásicos del grupo como los mariscos de la lonja, el pulpo en distintas elaboraciones, las verduras de temporada (exquisitas las alcachofas). Y no faltan los arroces (que se elaboran a la vista), los pescados frescos o las carnes asadas a la parrilla de carbón de encina. De vicio su pan y sus postres artesanos elaborados en su propio obrador. Disfruta y ¡no te cortes! Si eres de los que les gusta culminar con un delicioso postre, la Filloa Especial Aranjuez flambeada en mesa es la opción perfecta
