AREPA - Il ristorante prende il suo nome dal famoso piatto nazionale venezuelano l'Arepa, una pagnotta di forma circolare preparata con farina di mais bianco, acqua e sale. Un piatto la cui origine risale alle popolazioni indigene precolombiane residenti nei territori dell'attuale Venezuela e della Colombia. NEL MENU - Arepa'z propone questo piatto in oltre 30 versioni, con la tradizionale cottura sulla piastra, abbinandolo a gustosi ripieni dai sapori più mediterranei. Tra le tante variazioni di arepa, le più famose sono: la «Reina pepiada», inventata in onore alla Miss Mundo del '55, e poi la venezuelana "Susana Duim", con insalata di pollo, fette di avocado e piselli; la «Dominó », con fagioli neri abbinati al formaggio bianco, quindi proposte immancabili nel menu di questo locale. E ANCORA - Consultando la carta si scoprono poi altre proposte come la “Purpuzza”, ovvero salsiccia sbriciolata e gorgonzola, oppure la “Mechada” per gli amanti del piccante, con carne mechada e 'nduja.
