Arigato - Parque das Nações

It was the first Time I been to this restaurant and I was not thrilled. I did go for the lunch menu of 17,50€ (basically a all you can eat menu). The presentation of the first boards to cane were indeed very well presented. However, when we started to order the pieces that we want to retry, they forgot to bring the one’s that we asked and we even need to remind them our request. The service was not very well organised and I hope then improve it in the coming days. I saw a table behind wasting a lot of food and I think the restaurant should put some fee to customers that don’t eat the things they order.

E sempre fantástico!

Initial welcome was ok and the food was well presented. But the quality was less then expected ... warm dishes came cold; the offer on the menu is not high level and definitely not fusion, although fish was fresh. Basically prices are too high for the offer.

Cada vez pior

Everything was excellent, the food was amaaaazing. The atmosphere is great, the staff is extremely friendly. The only thing is that I'm lactose intolerant and most of the employees didn't know which dish had milk on it. However, a very nice lady came by and told us which ones had it.

Fantastic value for money! If you don't know Arigato, try the evening meal first (chef's selection), it's a few euros more but has a real wow factor. The buffet is great as well, and I loved their drinks and edible straws. Recommended.

Been a few times, will keep coming

The food is amazing. However, we wanted to have dinner outside and due to the light bulbs there were a lot of mosquitos, a cockroach and some moths. The staff didn't care about it which was a good experience.

Went there with high hopes because was told it’s one of the best. A bit disappointed. Not bad tho, worth the pricing.

There is a line for the buffet. The ambience is basically functional, we seat in a terrace with all the tables full. The service however was attentive and quick.

I recommend. You can choose for a variaty of japanese food, mainly, but you have also available some chinese food.

It was a buffet but there were things that we didn't even try because the display was empty as the restaurant was busy. There is moderator going around and advising the kitchen of the reduced quantity, which is great, but may be the call should be made a just a little bi earlier, to make sure there is always enough food on display. The quality is never compromised, even when it is extremely busy which is why i love this place!

Sushi was good but far from the best. They seem driven to push, push, push the "all you can eat menu" even when you keep saying NO - we want to order ourselves. Brought the wrong bottle of wine, not what we selected and pointed to on the list - reluctant to correct so we drank it anyway.
