Nice change of pace from Bolognese. Dishes were typical Roman dishes. Service was excellent. Restaurant itself was quaint.

My husband raved about his Penne Arrabbiata---best ever. My carbonara was also perfect. The rest of our dinners were also very good. Service was excellent and we were not rushed. We ate inside and a/c was a good temperature. It's charmingly decorated and cozy but tables are not super close. Wish we had come here earlier in our trip because we would have returned!

The owner of the restaurant gave us a very personal service and talked us through what each of the dishes were. He offered his recommendations and he was absolutely spot on. A mixture of locals and tourists were dining. The setting is a bit grotty with a big, unattractive 70's built office block opposite. This is easy to forget about when enjoying the great food and service.

The food is poor, the plates are small, the quality is low, the place is overpriced.

Following advice about Bologna restaurants, we booked online a few days before -- then watched several disappointed walk-ins being turned away! Got there at 8pm (the only slot available) to be greeted by the owner -- & no one else: we were the first diners. By 9pm the little place was packed with regulars. Very atmospheric decor - a little slice of Rome. My tripe was a bit too heavy on sauce and light on tripe but perfectly acceptable. Husband liked his lamb. We'd definitely return to what is clearly a beloved local restaurant.

Lovely place with very friendly owner and staff. Easy going. Warm, simple, nice decor. Try the signature dish: oxtail with pure chocolate, six hour cocked. Amazing. And don't forget the lemon sorbet with vodka before you leave. Enjoy!

A bit 'off the beaten track' but quite nice with friendly staff - more tourists than locals which considering it's position was a little surprising - looks like it's TripAdvisor ratings are a real bonus to this restaurant.

Michel , the owner , was charming. Unfortunately we did not like the food that much. We put this down to our taste and not the cuisine. The 'Jewish artichoke ' which was fried was tasteless. The oxtail was delicious. The special pasta was too al dente
The slices of beef were a little tough and tasteless , the soup of chick peas was ok
