Personally we are not against “tapas”, but the Spanish cuisine has much more than that to offer. And we are so blessed to know about that. AROMATA is one of those restaurants where from the very first moment you step in, you feel you are going to have a fantastic evening. And so we did. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us in a such professional yet friendly way. Fantastic food! Unforgettable evening! A must go when in Palma de Mallorca!

I cannot satisfy more! Every food served was perfect and so delicious. Also the employees there helped us to make a good memories with kind and helpful manners. I really suggest here for anyone who read this, to go and enjoy the perfect foods and drinks.

Íbamos con una perspectiva distintiva a la que hemos salido. Comida buena, pequeñas porciones pero sales satisfecho. La calidad buena, pero me esperaba algo menos caro todo. La bebida , destacar que siendo vinos de aquí , indiferentemente del sitio no debería venderse ni exponerlo como un vino superior. Atención buena aunque muy automatizado todo.

Great location. Amazing food. Service was good bit „unpersonal“. Wines are more pricey, then in comparable places. But the value for money lunch is unbeatable.

the wine list mostly consists of expensive wines, this is not good for everyone. the dishes have an interesting presentation, but there is no zest and lighy. tasty but not wow...

The food is phenomenal! My hats off to the chef. The service is a little spotty though. We arrived right at 7:30 and while there were only 5 patrons in the restaurant, we were given 1 menu for 3 people. I happen to notice that didn’t happen to other customers who each got a menu. There wasn’t much of a greeting from the server. While that is fine for a Tapas restaurant, this venue should be a bit more polished.

I have been coming back to this true gem in downtown Palma for years now - and I must say: DO NOT GO THERE - otherwise I will not be able to get a table there in the future ;-) The quality of the food is beyond believe if you take a look at your bill: Charging only 32 Euros for a 3-course lunch menue incl a glass of wine, water, and coffee is what you will probably get at several restaurants in Palma. But I bet that NOT A SINGLE OF THE OTHERS will be able to deliver you the quality of what you get at AROMATA. Plus: The service is absolutely impeccable, extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Wow, this makes eating a real treat, thank you, Aromata! We will be back (unless the readers of this review book their tables right away). I wish we had a comparable restaurant in our city...
