9.5/10The sea and mountain paëlla was absolutely delicious. We got served and didn't have to burn our fingers, which was very nice. The staff was very great too. We definitely recommend

10/10It was one of the best restaurant experiences in Palma ever! The staff was awesome, attentive and took great care of their guests and we had one of the best paellas ever! :) We will definately come back when we are in Palma again not just to enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food & wine ( not even to mention the dessert: pineapple marinated in rum with mint ice cream ☺️) but also to sit on the cozy terrace. Thank you to you and your team for your great service and food 😊 10/10

8.5/10Food was great - staff attentive but, service slow after main meal finished,. Had to request the desert menu after about 40 min. Wasn’t in a rush so not a problem to us.

10/10Lovely people and amazing food! We had the croquettes which were the best I had in Palma and very well presented. We then had the paella de mariscos which was beautiful, the red shrimps were incredible!

10/10As always we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at The Arroceria El Puente. The scallops for starters were excellent and two paellas shared between 4 gave us a delicious combination of flavours. For sure the best paella we have eaten. The service was friendly and efficient. Could not have been happier!

5/10I have to say that we ended a little bit disappointed after eating at this restaurant. It was the first time I paid 22€ for a paella marisco per person and to be honest I have eaten better paellas for 16-17€ in smaller restaurants. The marisco was good but the rice didn’t have much taste, was bland and was missing some spices, salt. Desserts was 7€ And it was good. Finally we paid 105€ for 3 persons which is a lot for what we got. We won’t be coming again.

Dear Sir, We were sad to hear that your experience in our restaurant was so negative. Our rices are elaborated with the greatest care to the very last detail and for this we should like you to understand the price of our dishes. Everything you ate was fresh produce. We do not add flavour enhancers but our customers are welcome to add more salt if their diet allows. Every basic broth added to the rice is elaborated in a natural way. Maybe your taste is accustomed more to another type of “paella”. We have no wish to offend you but you ate the finest Valencian rice treated in the very best possible way. Please accept our respectful regards.
