First drinks didn’t arrive so we had to ask again, still no drink after our starter so had to walk to the bar to request a different glass of wine (as the original would no longer have paired with our main). Service quite sporadic, our waiter seemed on edge and clearly wasn’t having a great day so perhaps this influenced it. Actual rib dish was tasty but excessively large portions meaning we wasted some food, crab starter and bread dish were great.

I was lucky to receive a 50% off voucher for the food via The Fork booking system, which was greatly received, I’m not sure why it was offered, maybe because it was a Monday night and trade was a bit slow. But when I received the bill in the restaurant the staff hadn’t honoured the voucher, so I had to speak to the manager and get it sorted, she has promised me a refund within 4 working days, so fingers crossed I get my money back. The food was excellent and the service was great, it was a lovely atmosphere, soft background music and lovely decor. Such an easy place to get to, right near Blackfriars station, I would highly recommend it

Great space and location that really suited our friends reunion as we could chat as long as we wanted in very stylish surroundings and no bother from any obtrusive music or crowding. Delicious Eggs Benedict and nice coffees and beers and wine. Crab salad looked good and interesting addition of anchovies but might have been a little powerful with the crab. Attentive service was balanced enough so we could catch up without interruption (though I was having such a great time I forgot to claim the reduction on the food!) It’s a hidden gem and next time I’ll look more at the great selection of original art.

Lovely spot, reasonable value food with 50% off. The service was excellent. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive. Surprisingly busy on Saturday lunchtime.

Food was amazing. However, even for a lunch date it was extremely quiet and empty. That said, we waited more than half an hour for our food with our starting coming out WITH our main courses which wasn’t ideal. It was a shame as the food was delicious and the venue is very stylish. Not sure how they would manage if it was busy! The waiter acknowledged the problem with the food but did not offer any recompense which is also not ideal (start was only £10 on a £150 bill so could have comp’ed in my opinion) would give it another go in the evening to see how a dinner service is

Terrible service. Had to go up and ask for menus as we were ignored. Staff were openly having arguments about shifts and rotas instead of serving customers. Hollandaise sauce was thin.

The food wasn't impressive, and the person who served us seemed disgusted because we were using a promotion. She behaved very strangely toward us the entire time.
