We really enjoy going to this restaurant and were amazed the staff remembered I am lactose intolerant and the wine we drink! The service is so impressive, caring and professional at the same. My husband had is usual veal stroganoff - he's never tried anything else on the menu since he absolutely love it. I had the house speciality cod and it was very good, with a special mention on the tasteful brocoli purée. We'll be back!

The dishes are very good and the place is cosy. The service is attentive; no fault. It's worth it trying you will have a nice experience. The 50% discount was a real advantage too

This is our 2nd visit and it was as great as the first time; the food is really good (my husband had the stroganoff veal and I had the pork both delicious and we shared the garlic prawns as a starter). The service is impeccable, classy but personable and attentive. And the restaurant setting is really romantic. I just wish they would use real candles instead of electric ones!

The codfish triology is amazing. We chose that dish so we could taste all the codfish dishes available and we didn't get disappointed at all. Amazing experience and environment. The dessert is a plus

One of the best Portuguese cuisine restaurants in Lisbon. Nice atmosphere and excellent service. Fabulous dishes: try the linguado or the bacalhau trilogy, for instance. Excellent cost/benefit. The best choice in Bairro Alto/Chiado region.

Wonderful surprise as we had gorgeous food (I had grilled fish with prawns and my husband the stroganoff veal) with attentive service in that beautiful setting. We will return for sure.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The host was so welcoming and explained the menu to us in detail. We started with the octopus and then had the cod fish layered with potatoes and a corneal and coriander crust and the sole in flaky pastry. It was such a good experience that I wish we had another night to go back!

Superior food and service with a good price, first class. I've eating here since 2016 and they never disappoint Even during the virus period.

Great restaurant for authentic Portguese cuisine. Rustic and very interesting dining area. The service was very attentive without being overwhelming. They were celebrating their anniversary of their opening and offered complimentary sparkling wine and desserts. We had a fabulous time.

A lovely place with amazing service. Be sure to ask the waiter about the different menu choices (the fish soup starter and dark/white chocolate mousse were excellent) large portions!

We have had a wonderful dinner at As Salgadeiras. After a warm welcome the waiter was very helpful to find the right wine. The food was excellent, the service perfekt. All in all it was a priceless evening and we’re looking forward to come again.
