The somewhat poor service could have been overlooked had the food been even mediocre, however, it was not. My wifes pasta dish was so bad she only ate a small portion and my friends and my "supposed" sirloin steak was awful. Even though we all left a majority of our food on our plates and explained to the manager (?) that the food was not good, no refund or apologies were offered. We will NOT be returning...

The restaurant is nicely decorated with a cool vibe. The service was excellent from the moment we sat down, attentive and welcoming. The food was excellent good flavours well cooked and very tasty. The wine list is extensive and the Rioja we had was superb as recommended by the owner. We couldn’t fault the whole meal. Well worth visiting.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and accommodated us very well. We had the Porterhouse steak to share which was delicious and the side of fries and jackets potato were also very nice. Desserts of cheesecake and pancakes were the best! Finished with a Complimentary cava and limoncello and didn’t feel rushed to leave, we had a lovely evening!

Don’t normally bother to write reviews, notwithstanding being a very regular diner at all price levels, but this place deserves a call out for exceptionally authentic, friendly service, as well as great food. This is not about finesse. We are talking about a neighborhood restaurant with simple, robust flavours and very well executed meat cooking. It’s on a not very pretty road, but that is immediately forgotten once you’re inside. The clientele was a good mix of locals and tourists, all clearly having a good time. Really great place.
