Absolutely horrendous! After having waited 45 minutes for our mains, I asked the waitress to check. Her response was a rather rude "Guys, I told you there is a wait time!" Neither were we told of a wait time, nor was this an acceptable tone to take with customers. Our calzone arrived first, cold, followed by the risotto. The risotto had ham on it, which we asked them to not include. We're reasonably certain that they just scraped off the ham and grated cheese over to cover up. The pizza arrived next and was fine. The manageress was afterwards very apologetic, but this really isn't what one expects from a well respected eating establishment.
