We visited last minute on a Saturday night. The restaurant was completely empty except us. The waitress explained that the restaurant wasn’t officially open (although it has been on the Fork for several weeks). The waitress was charming food was good and the service speedy. I’m sure once the restaurant is fully established it will become popular and you won’t be able to just walk in on a Saturday evening. We will certainly look to return in a few months
