En el corazón de Bilbao, Fernando y Mikel proponen un viaje gastronómico de esos que no se olvidan fácilmente. Tras más de 20 años en Etxanobe, ambos cocineros deciden crear el Atelier para dar rienda suelta a su creatividad y expresarse con total libertad. Eso sí, consigo se llevan la misma gastronomía de altura y la estrella Michelin. Los dos chefs disfrutan de lo lindo creando e imaginando platos que condensan en un menú gastronómico para hacer la ola, y que explica el reconocimiento de la clientela y de los críticos. Su propuesta encierra platos soberbios como el atún soasado con sumar y espinaca amostazada o el pichón para comer con las manos, aunque si por nosotros fuera, toda la carta la comeríamos sin cubiertos.

    Møre than a Food experience! Very tastefully next level menu ! Combined with excellent wines . Good price quality level . They deserve 2 Michelin stars !!
