Great food. Very different. Tasting menu's. 5 courses or 8 courses. You can choose recomended paring wines, or order wine seperately. Hake, cooked perfectly. Cured tuna Steak tartar Bacalhão Chicken 'oyster' with oyster. All with sauces and reductions. We enjoyed a wonderful Azores white wine. Dry, minerally, & most importantly, no oak. Our waiter guided us through the selections, wonderfully. My early life was in Catering, & this food was exciting, different, well presented, and the service was great.

Amazing cuisine and very friendly guys

One of our most amazing experience. The food was simply emotional, I recommend the wine pairing that really added another dimension to each dish. The service and atmosphere were so soothing that we - usually swift eaters - did not want to leave the place ! Warm thanks to the chefs and waitors for giving us the very best meal in years.

Great date night restaurant. We had the food and wine pairing and learned about local food and port. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with local spots for us to visit.

A great place, with incredible service and a unique and immersive gastronomic experience. Recommended for vegetarians, as us, inclusive. =)

The staff is pretty great, always careful with the experience. I’ve ordered the degustation menu with wine armonization. This is what I recommend you to do it. The wine selection is amazing, complementing every bite! For me the mushrooms with egg yolk was the most pleasant and complex plate of the experience and, the pork cheeks with laminated potatoes remind me of an homemade dish (in the better way as possible). Anyways, if you are in Porto or live in here and want to try a really good and well cocked meal, Atrevo is a good (and cozy) place to go.

We had an exceptional meal with beautiful wine. The team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our evening really special. We had the tasting menu and every course was absolutely delicious. We will certainly return on our next visit to Porto !

First you get a warm welcome, followed by the menu and recommanded wine pairing. The Host was extremly nice and friendly, we felt welcome. The 8 course Menu was perfect, the taste was exquisit and always different. With wine pairing you will get a wine to each course. We will definetly come again.

Excellent and creative and amazing wine pairing

It was my second time at Atrevo and for sure not the last! The food was delicious and the wines were pretty amazing as well. It was a great evening! The whole staff is friendly and warm.

Very delicious food and great service. We had the degustation menu and the quality was excellent. The only criticism was the octopus had too many flavours going on with the sauce and the palate cleanser of orange and lime foam was very sour. Every other dish was amazing.
