service is NOT at the level which this restaurant claims to be 5 stars. Serveurs were not tentative to our needs, answered questions in rude and snappy responses, does not know how to serve wine, filled the glasses too little and spilled all over. Did not bring us the water to wash our fingers. We had to ask for it. It is a pity that the service is not at the same level at the cuisine.

Great food and athmosphere as always I can only recommend this place. We booked for 7 and got a really cool round table on the side were we could talk quietely without being bothered by a full restaurant. Thanks to the staff great as always. Ask recommendation for tea it s worth knowing a litle bit more about this tradition.

When we arrived, the greeter couldn't find our reservation, took quite awhile, not friendly, we speak French and English and had a hard time getting our message through, were told we couldn't be seated in the dining part of the restaurant until seven, okay, that was the correct time for our reservation. Were asked to sit at a table not in main dining room, okay, but no one came to seat us in dining room after seven and when husband went to main dining room, people had already been seated and it was apparent that no one intended to seat us in there. Were finally seated after finding someone who would do so, were given menus but no one took our order for a long time until my husband signaled a server. Restaurant is beautifully appointed and decorated, several trainees working, no objection to that, they were trying their best. In an hour the entire place was completely full, we had eaten most of our meal, it was good but not stellar and the cost: $140! We know Switzerland is expensive and saw prices on menu.

Good food, great mopu tofu, crispy duck sadly average, noodles good, chrysanthemum tea really good. While the restaurant accepted a reservation for 9, by 9:30 the waiters were rushing back and forth loaded with cutlery, plates, tablecloths, right by our table and their noise level kept going up. The head waiter was very polite and helpful. The rest of the waiters seemed perplexed at times, cruising by with food but nor depositing it on the table! This was funny rather than annoying though. The combination of lighting and color schemes was rather gloomy. I d come back for the tofu

Personnel charmant mais peu expérimenté. Traditionnellement une serviette chaude est proposée dans les restaurants asiatiques en fin de repas. Mais pas ici.

The food was nice and the staffs were kind. We wanted to have more dimsum starter and less main dishes but there were rules for one main dish per person, which eventually could not finish the whole food.

Very attentive service and the food arrived extremely quickly. Delicious Peking duck and Cantonese style pork. Would recommend both.

Wonderful experience. Food was prepared perfectly and served in a timely fashion. Maitre d was very welcoming and kind enough to share some of the local wine with us. Lovely experience.
