The food was fine, not great, but it was not expensive. The service was terrible, but not the fault of the waiter (who was super nice) or cook. They had 2 people running the whole restaurant - fault of the management.

A black cat was lieing on a chair in the restaurant and didn't want to move. White wine was served not cold enough. Champagne was served in glases not from the bottle. Too much garlic in dishes on New Year's eve. The staff looked a bit dirty and not dressed for this special evening.
