Nice food and kind staff. My family came here for a dinner and we were surly surprised by the restaurant. We had squirt, frog leg and linguine lobster, all were delicious.

il est scandaleux de devoir attendre 45mn pour que l on me serve une cote de boeuf!!!!!

Ma responsable de salle m'a informé de votre remarque, vous aviez une réservation à 13 heures et je vous remercie de votre ponctualité, effectivement une côte de bœuf demandé à point (sans entrée de commandé) prend environ 25 a 30 minutes de cuisson,faut également prendre en considération le temps de votre installation à table ainsi que le temps de la prise de commande cela correspond bien à 45 minutes comme vous le mentionnez.

Le cadre reste très agréable et le service est courtois et attentif. Mais les plats ont désormais quelque chose de "formaté" qui manque de spontanéité et de générosité : trop peu de St Jacques dans la salade de Saint Jacques ! Les pommes vapeur qui accompagnent le poisson ont un goût de cuit très à l'avance...Bref ce n'est désormais ni de la cuisine bourgeoise, ni de la cuisine de bistrot, ni de la cuisine d'affaires mais un entre-deux qui ne mérite ni honneur, ni indignité...

Not, as I had been led to believe by an article on the web, a specialist offal restaurant. But good, fairly traditional cooking, of a quality and at a price one would be pleased to find in the provinces (i.e. very, very good for Paris). Friendly, attentive service. I probably chose badly, selecting dishes which gave little chance for them to show off their culinary skills and tended to be a little under flavoured. But the os a moelle (marrow bone) was the best I have had, and a simple boiled veal dish was very generous and properly made, but had been let go rather cold by the time it reached my table -- the one black mark I would give to this in general fine restaurant, to which I intend to return.

110% French, high-end, a bit pricy but reasonable value. Few choices and seasonal vegetables on menu which is reassuring. Lovely evening. 50€ / person 3 courses with just a glass of wine.
