Very good meal! Not a Winstub but you can definitely get traditional alsacien food. Portion are huge and will feed you for the day :)

Plenty of German style food well cooked and presented. We had the ribs and they were wonderful. Be warned you do get a lot to eat. We liked the restaurant so much we went back for a second night.

The food and service were great! We had a reservation and the restaurant was not full at 19:00...but our table was in the middle of the room, not one of the better seats in the restaurant? In the end it’s the food that counts, and that was terrific!

A very warm welcome and a good ambience. The flambee was really good, as was the wine. We didn’t like the main course, but it was nicely presented and plentiful. Just not to our taste. I would still recommend.

I have read, that this restaurant is amazing and decided to try. I am sure, that they prepare tasty and quality food, but I was disappointed with my order: my veal cordon blue steak was fried for too long, and has a bad crust. My girlfriend ordered Italian Tartare, and meat was good, but there was too much different additives that it become too spicy and very hard to eat it. I was in Italy many times and everywhere they brought my another type of Tartare. In conclusion, this restraint is good, and meet you with warm atmosphere, but we were unlucky. Just keep this in your mind.

We often come here a when we come on business trips for our Alsacien meal, the location is very convenient and the food is good. Wait times between courses is often long and service can seem slow, but not due to lack of hustle by the waitstaff. We have built that into our expectations.

Based on the various buttons I push, it ended up giving an 8. That said, we eat here at least once every business trip. The food is very good. The place is very busy. There are only two servers and they work harder than any servers I’ve ever had in Strasbourg — they just have a lot of ground to cover. If you come, don’t be surprised if you end up spending a few hours. Have some patience in your pocket, and the food will be delicious.

Very basic food, nothing special. The reviews was alnit the opposite of my experience. The place is very simple the decorated poor. Many families are in the our area - noise, the may come because of the liw price and the ffod that may suitable for children, but not for adults. I really can't recommend this restaurant, sorry.

About the restaurant
