Such a delight to eat in the Daumesnil area. The starter of finely shaved black truffle paired with foie gras was a revelation and the wine recommendations provided a perfect pairing. The staff accommodated my husband’s bivalve allergy without hesitation and with a smile. The only negative was how to know when the door is opened at 19:30, it’s a shame to keep pulling on the door every minute hoping that at last it will open and let us into this wonderful restaurant.

La présentation des plats est inventive et les goûts très subtils.
Une belle expérience dans un restaurant de grand chef.
Le cadre est un peu triste.

Get the red partridge flan and the cured ham!

All in all, a great meal. The appetizers were inventive. I have to ding the free mussels and beet amuse though. One of the three mussels I've bit into had grit in them. The fish and the cassoulet were a bit on the salt heavy side.

For the ladies who will go down to use the toilet, avoid wandering eyes. The men's urinal is completely exposed. If you like looking at men urinate, just turn around and look to your right a little.

Merci for a solid dinner.

We picked discover menu: pickle shrimp a little bit salty, lamb quality is very good.
General speaking, good quality of dish and interesting wine list, worthing price in Paris.
Suggest to have a longer discover menu option #2 on top of current one, which might understand more about chef's idea or value from for example, more dessert dishes.

We had the all-inclusive Privilege evening menu with pre-dinner drinks, 7 courses with wine and mineral water, and coffee and petits-fours, excellent value at €92 for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We started with a wonderful South-West version of a Kir Royal made with Armagnac Liqueur and bubbly Crémant Gascon. The food was extraordinary, from the amazing mackerel and leek consomme to the Provence asparagus with morels and poached egg very lightly fried in fine breadcrumbs and the slow-roasted spring lamb with stuffed young courgettes. Included with the meal were a bottle of fresh and fruity Sauvignon blanc from Romarion in the Pays d'Oc and an excellent bottle of 2011 Maine-Barrail Graves. Service was impeccable. The only niggles were the less than warm welcome from a young waiter who was clearly not in a good mood, and the rather noisy air-conditioning vents in the ceiling.
