About the restaurant

Le nouveau chef Sébastien Tantot, qui a passé sept ans aux côtés de Gérald Passédat au Petit Nice, dont il a été chef exécutif, a déjà pris ses marques dans cette jolie auberge (pierres, poutres, cheminée…) située sur la route de Pierrefonds, en pleine forêt de Compiègne, dans un village médiéval. Héritage de son passage à Marseille, le chef aime à travailler les beaux poissons, le végétal, les jus profonds, corsés et l'huile d'olive au gré de deux menus (non mystère) dans lesquels les herbes et plantes aromatiques du potager (mis en place pendant le confinement) sont bien présents.
