Love the restaurant, they were short staffed tonight so service was slow. They did the best they could.
Lovely little Auberge in the heart of Sancerre, a very traditional French town, on a hill, surrounded by vineyards.
Nice restaurant with small but interesting menu We all enjoyed our food and wine and the lady serving was pleasant and friendly but was obviously very busy as she was serving the entire place on her own
Excellent food and service
Excellent food, everything we ate was delicious (we had duck, cheese and panna cotta). The wine list is extensive and the wine we had was very nice, they do half bottles which is great. The service was good. The servers spoke very little french so could be difficult for some travellers through we were fine. The seats were possibly the most uncomfortable seast I have ever sat on in a restaurant - this was really the only negative.

The quality of the service and especially the food was outstanding, and terrific value.
The food was of high quality and came really quickly. The service was very friendly and efficient. The only initial issue was that the restaurant did not have our reservation so glitch in the online ordering booking. Despite this and being very busy they accommodated us and served us an excellent meal.
