10/10We dined late after racing at Paul Ricard circuit nearby and the welcome was as warm and friendly as if we were the first customers of the evening rather than the last. Olivier and Stephanie (the waiters) were helpful in describing the food to us and we all felt we chose well. Everything was exquisitely prepared and presented: a mixed salad with ham and gazpacho, marinated sardines, and tuna tartare to start. Main courses of bouillabaisse with a garlicky rouillarde, vitello tonnato, and steak tartare(a special) with house pommes frites were all flavoursome and beautifully presented. The quantities were perfect. Desserts, which we chose to share, were a summer fruit pavlova and a roasted peach dish - a sweet end to a lovely meal in beautiful surroundings under the trees. Our compliments to Olivier (another one) the chef and owner who also presented us with a good breakfast of pastries, fruit and good coffee this morning. A restaurant with rooms not to be missed. We shall return
