    The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We enjoyed it so much. My langoustines were especially good as was the amuse bouche of cucumber soup. Highly recommended and lovely atmosphere.

Cœur de Bretagne - Au cœur du Morbihan, à Carnac, l’Auberge le Ratelier vous accueille dans son charmant hotel-restaurant. Une ancienne ferme rénovée au cadre chaleureux et boisé, avec une belle cheminée, propice à la dégustation de spécialités de la région.

Délicieuse tradition - En cuisine, toute l’équipe s’affaire aux fourneaux, sous la direction bienveillante du Chef, et vous propose des plats traditionnellement délicieux et faisant la part belle aux produits de la mer. Saint-Jacques, sandre et rouget se présentent à vous, vêtus de leurs plus beaux atours, ceux de la gourmandise et de l’amour du goût.

Plaisirs sucrés - Les desserts viendront conclure harmonieusement votre repas. Tarte fine ou crème brûlée, ils sont tous fait maison et sont autant d’invitations sucrées pour vos papilles en quête de douceur.
