we arrived to be greeted by a very unfriendly member of staff who wasn't interested that we had made a reservation. We were only offered a table outside, these were tiny circular metal tables and small chairs with rock hard seats. we asked about a table inside and just received a shrug - we went inside where there was 1 other couple and very non-customer friendly music playing quite loudly. we decided to leave, which was a shame as we had researched before we left the UK and it had good reviews. The previous evening we had a great dining experience in a little restaurant called Le Cellier c100m away which we can recommend.

Waited for over 30 minutes for service. Made several attempts to get a waiter to bring us a setup and water. We were completely ignored. Finally got up from the table and left the restaurant. Rudest service I have ever encountered in France.

The restaurant did not give us a table, saying literally "The fork means nothing to us, get out of here!" we showed the confirmation of the reservation - we were refused in a rude manner!

Quirky place. Great staff and ambiance. Food ok. Really happy that they accepted us at such late (1 day) for New year's eve. Wine was also great (Vouvray)

Ideally located at the St. Pierre square, this place suffered, the evening we were there, the ransom of its success. The waiters made their best to provide service but staff was insufficient for the number of tables. However, food was good but, if you are looking for a calm place, this is not your advisable choice.

Over priced poor quality food , Cheapest wine 28 euros and then not nice. Service pleasant . We had fairly basic food for a family of 4 and it cost 150 euros . You’d expect a really good meal in England for that

It’s lovely to sit outside on the square and enjoy the meal. When we arrived it was very busy and the staff were all running around so while there was a little wait it was easy to appreciate that they were busy. However as the restaurant got quieter the service seemed to slow down even more. The food was lovely, generous portions and well prepared.

Last went there 12 years ago and have fond memories of a lovely meal. However, this time very poor quality food and overpriced. Will not be returning despite the fab setting.

Service was quick, given how busy it was. Food was very average for the price - OK on a Sunday night when there weren't many other options, but not somewhere I'd rush to again. Bad experience over being charged double for the wine - eventually got the bill sorted but their attitude was not good over somehow that was their mistake. Not recommended unless you have no other choices.
