Dinner at the eerily empty restaurant was a saga of regret. Its unsettling atmosphere was a precursor to a disastrous meal. We suffered through 17 dishes, 15 of which were disconcertingly gelatinous, chillingly cold, and excessively acidic. The worst offender was the Entomacat, a monstrous medley of preserved tomatoes. With a ghastly texture reminiscent of snot and a misplaced briny fish flavor, it was culinary torture, a nightmarish dish that could be straight out of a gastronomic hell. My date, usually a food enthusiast, was equally appalled. She oscillated between disbelief and annoyance, at one point suggesting we leave early. We were on the verge of crowning this as the worst dinner of our lives when the Herberet dessert appeared. The harmony of rich chocolate and zesty citrus fruits offered a glimmer of redemption. The chef’s family bread recipe also offered a modicum of comfort, though it's hardly the reason one visits a Michelin star restaurant. Despite the saving grace of the dessert, the memory of the abhorrent Entomacat and the chillingly acidic dishes lingers. This was a meal that veered dangerously close to being the worst of my life.

You were eating the spring-summer menu, with an outside temperature of 30 degrees. They only told us that they did not eat liver, at no time did they notify us of their repugnance to acids. A menu from which he only ate 6 dishes, he did not want the others, because they only wanted to eat hot things. By the way, there is only one gelatinous dish, that of the tomato that repels so much, and the salted fish is called anchovy. Still, thank you very much for your visit.

Una experiencia gastronómica increible. El chef Rafa Soler nos sorprendió con su creatividad y originalidad al presentar productos de la zona. El trato genial, calidad precio muy buena. Para ser una estrella michelín no me parece nada caro, la experiencia y el trato lo merece.

Es la primera vez que salgo de un restaurante de este nivel decepcionado. No tengo nada que destacar, la mayoría de platos fríos, con poco sabor y nada sorprendentes. Siento decirlo, pero no me gustó nada.

The service was perfect. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The food presentation was good and the taste also. But sure there was no wow effect how you expect it after a few visits from really good star restaurant in Paris and other parts of the world. But for Spain where they have a very very big problem to find good waiters and the service is on very low level in compare to over city’s in Europe, in average it was great. We’re visiting a lot of Michelin star restaurants all other the world and on the personal rating I would give it a 8 from 10. But I give the stuff and especially the chef a 10 of 10. They let our son in the kitchen and the chef signed a plate for him. That was great and the kid very happy. Thank you very much for that, Rafa!!! Sure will come again.

Restaurante dentro de hotel, moi elegante. Tomamos o menú longo. Defensa do produto da terra, ben conseguido. O nível mantense durante todo o menú. Quizáis, na sobremesa, decae un chisquiño. Maridaxe de viños, tamén de prosimidade, excelente (sumelier que coñece moi ben o seu produto e o expón con acerto). Servizo extremadamnet exquisito. Lugar moi recomendábel.

Every dish that came out was better than the one before the sea bass was outstanding, the final dish the Chicken was a little bit disappointing after all the previous dishes, it was over cooked and extremely dry. But the desert was lovely so would say 95% was great but because of Rafa skill and coming over to the table on a few occasions and the excellence in all other dishes it can be overlooked. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to any one to go and they should go, not to be missed. Thank you to all the staff and Rafa for a great night and food extravaganza.
