Tras los fogones, uno de los mejores chefs de la Comunidad Valenciana, Rafa Soler, discípulo de maestros como Martín Berasategui o Joël Robuchon. Su sello: una verdadera pasión por los productos locales, que respeta al máximo a pesar de su mirada cosmopolita y contemporánea.

Gamba roja, peix de Calp, garrofón, habitas y otras delicias de la huerta valenciana son algunos de los ingredientes más habituales en la despensa de Rafa. Entre sus creaciones, triunfan los tomates de Benissa en diferentes texturas, los arroces y los pescados. Un espíritu mediterráneo que también se traslada al espacio, luminoso y con mucho estilo, recién reformado.

Every dish that came out was better than the one before the sea bass was outstanding, the final dish the Chicken was a little bit disappointing after all the previous dishes, it was over cooked and extremely dry. But the desert was lovely so would say 95% was great but because of Rafa skill and coming over to the table on a few occasions and the excellence in all other dishes it can be overlooked. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to any one to go and they should go, not to be missed. Thank you to all the staff and Rafa for a great night and food extravaganza.
