The tasting menu took all the angst out of choosing and was beautifully prepared and presented. We were lucky to have the undivided attention of the one English speaking waitress who really made the experience for us.

Segunda vez y más ganas que tengo de volver para que me sorprendan. Carabineros expectaculares y postre de sopa de queso de cabrá para morirse. Esta vez probe el cochinillo a baja temperatura, se deshace en la boca.

Tratándose de un restaurante de estas características,donde pagas por demás por el sitio que es y el presunto servicio. Salimos decepcionados. Entre la entrada y el primer plato,pasaron la friolera de 40 minutos!!!!! Cuando a los 30 ya estábamos hartos de esperar,le dijimos al camarero que estaban tardando demasiado y su respuesta fue...ya vienen ya vienen...y nada,pasaron otros 10 minutos. Ni una disculpa,ni un detalle.... La comida estaba buena,producto de calidad y bien elaborado. Tomamos un vino y nos recomendó el superior (obviamente) pero no supo decirnos por qué (si tenía crianza, cepas viejas.... algo!!! ) Hemos visitado más restaurantes de este nivel, y éste ,al menos hoy, deja mucho que desear. Eso si,el precio es como el resto,altísimo! El servicio para mi,no está a la altura.

Food was excellent, but the kitchen way too slow for a Michelin Star restaurant (45min between appetizers and food is simply excessive). Either they get better fast, or they will lose the star the next time Michelin reviews the restaurant.

Excellent, well executed meal. The goats cheese soup with honey was the real highlight for me. Great wine and service. Reasonably priced for a Michelin starred establishment. Would happily come again.

We had the tasting menu. It was a great combination of ingredients and tastes. We opted for wine pairing. That matched very good. The only typical thing was that the empty glasses remained on our table.

Definitely not worth it. I’m surprised it has one Michelin Star because it does not deserve it. It’s very sad because I had high expectations with this restaurant but it did not live to my expectations. The service was the worst part, the staff was borderline disrespectful almost as they did not care about us. The food was just OK but for the high price of the dishes, I was expecting something delicious.
