Ubicado a primera línea del mar, en la ciudad asturiana de Gijón, se emplaza Auga. Un restaurante con una decoración moderna y con toques marinos. Se trata de un local tranquilo con un ambiente relajado que se convierte en el lugar perfecto para una velada especial. Si lo visitas, no dudes en probar las vieiras asadas con alcachofas, manzana verde y moluscos, o el rape mechado con panceta y asado con aceite ahumado de haya. Además, de postre te recomendamos el pastel fluido de huevos de la casa y avellanas. Herederos de La Solana, uno de los primeros en España en tener estrella Michelin, éste restaurante tiene una carta tradicional con platos al estilo de toda la vida pero con unos toques innovadores que crean contrastes inolvidables que seguro que te encantarán. ¡No te defraudará!
