Situé dans un cadre de verdure, à Briey, petite maison exquise, avec sa terrasse littéralement les pieds dans l'eau, le restaurant Aux Arcades vous envoutera à peine passé le pas de la porte. Le chef de cuisine et son équipe vous proposeront une cuisine traditionnelle et raffinée, résultat d'une fusion entre les goûts de la Provence et du Terroir Lorrain.

Le restaurant, sa terrasse, le bar et les salles de restaurant se prêtent non seulement aux repas romantiques mais aussi aux evenements familiaux. D'une capacité de 100 couverts et avec 2 salles de 50m² supplémentaires, le Restaurant Aux Arcades est un lieu privilégié pour organiser par exemple votre mariage, avec une adéquation entre vos besoins et notre offre en matière de cuisine (menu banquet ou évènementiel), mais aussi de décoration de table et d'ambiance musicale. Frédéric Teuchert notre Chef remporta le concours de la Mirabelle d’or de Christelle Brua la chef pâtissière et second de Frédéric Anton au Pré Catelan à Paris, lors du salon Smarth à Metz. (Salon des métiers de l’alimentation et de l’hôtellerie-restauration) organisé au Parc des Expositions de Metz-Métropole. Ce dessert à l’assiette de pomme reconstituée a été visuellement bluffant.

We were received and sat outside at a beautiful pond. Inside, large groups of people (100+) were seated an started making more and more noise, drowning out the calming sound of the fountain. The service was spotty at first (had to walk inside to get attention), and became worse (one of the desserts came long after the tea and dessert wines were finished. We reminded the staff and they acted like it was our fault). When I complained the young waitress said it was nit her fault and smiled. I said it was not funny. We left. The woman I paid to asked if we were satisfied; I told her why not. She said the restaurant was full; I responded that this was a choice made by the restaurant, not by us. At the exit she offered a glass of champagne, but we were not in a festive mood anymore.

Dear Mr Carl K,

I remember you very well. sorry to see again your dissatisfaction .We had indeed a group of 100 people and it is obvious 100 people in a restaurant room it's very burning. You made me sure that you had a very good dinner and that the dishes were excellent. You have dinner from 7pm to 9pm and this is really ok in a restaurant of our standing . Especially with starter, main course and dessert.
You had to Know that we try every day to improve in order to satisfy our customers as best as possible.
We really hope to see you again and make you change your mind
