I’m so surprised that this restaurant isn’t more highly recognised. The food and presentation is exceptional. The balance of flavours and ingredients is also incredibly considered. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service and wine selections were also tremendous. Will definitely go back if I get the chance

I read about Aux Trois Gauchon by chance from the local magazine in Palaiseau. It was a fantastic find. For me, where food comes before ambience, this small gastronomic bistro is exactly what I have been searching for.
