I had tried to book lunch outside, but when we arrived we were told it was bar snacks only. Apparently I missed this when booking. There was loud music, wet seating and no option to go inside due to a private function. The server was clearly annoyed with our dissatisfaction/questioning though she did say she would allow us to have lunch outside, eveb though thats not their policy. Prices were extortionate but we were supposed to use an app to order rather than be served.. There may be a beautiful view up there but literally just go if you are happy to have a drink, it is not a good spot to try and have an actual meal and would have been very expensive for very little service.. we left before ordering due to all of the above.

The restaurant ambient is great. The price is pricy and the service could be improved. It took almost 1h for the food to be served. Further, the starters were provided without the bread asked (also with starters) and the bread came only after 20min of asking for it once again. The mains came without one of the sides, and when delivering the mains and when asked for that side, the waiter said they run out of that side (chips). After pointing that that should have been pointed beforehand, the waiter said the other staff didn't mention to him. The service could definitely be improved.

experience was great! had an amazing view & the workers were friendly! the food was terrible. potatoes were hard, chicken was hard & dry, the fish had no flavor. alcoholic drink were good thought. my only complaint is the quality of food. we enjoyed the experience but will not return.

A great place to go to catch up with friends or celebrate an occasion, the service was en point and the atmosphere fantastic and let’s not forget the wonderful views of London

Mixed feelings. The view was amazing and food was good. The staff was kind but super lost with our order, not bringing food together and forgetting about a part of order and having to remind them all the tile what we needed. We were quite disappointed.

Food was lovely, and service good (apart from the fact that we waited an hour for our mains) but their AC was broken and we were all cooking there like eggs, it really took away from the experience as we later discussed (me and my group) that we would have stayed longer and gotten deserts as well, but the heat was unberable. Overall, i WOULD go back (perhaps arm myself with a fan or something). The place is beautiful and food was great.
