This restaurant was great. Something had gone wrong with our booking online. Even though we’d had confirmation the restaurant couldn’t find records of the booking. This was quickly rectified and we had a fantastic lunch. Ivan was excellent. Food was delicious and plentiful. Very fresh.

We stayed at the hotel Reina Victoria because we wanted to eat at this restaurant. It was fabulous, food options great, the actual food was also superb. Highly recommend the Salmon and Mango tartare, wonderful, as was the chocolate textures desert. The wine list included many wines from Ronda, also excellent and our waiter, Ivan was a delight. We will definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful experience we had at Azahar. From the moment we walked in and were directed to the restaurant we were made to feel special. We were lucky to be dining on the first evening they had opened the patio for dining. Perfect weather and amazing food and service worked to give us a meal to remember. Ivan, our waiter, was professional and informative. He had great knowledge of the menu and also the wine options. Our courses were superb and drinks delicious. Thanks to all for giving us such a beautiful dining experience. We would highly recommend Azahar.

This place is very very good, great quality and price point. Go for a drink on the patio before dinner as it has a great view.

Wow! The meal exceeded even my high expectations. My husband and college daughters ate every bite. The servers were very helpful with fantastic food and drink suggestions. From the starters (cheese selection, Iberia ham, and salmon tartare) to the entrees (steak, snapper, venison and Iberia ham) to dessert (chocolate mousse, brownie, a pastry in peanut soup) to the drinks…what a way to spend an evening with family. Completely worth the $. WILL eat here when we return. Just book it. So many fantastic menu items; deciding was a challenge!

We loved the pace of this restaurant and enjoyed a leisurely lunch with a beautiful view of the country and of the restaurant. Our servers were efficient and kind. The food was great. It was a perfect lunch setting for a delicious lunch.

We chose this testament from previous reviews and the fact that it was open on a Monday (it’s in a hotel). The food is very good, but it took forever to arrive, then they got our order wrong and, despite apologies, no gesture to compensate us.

Francisco was incredibly knowledgeable of the best local food, it’s exact origins, and processing! The view was spectacular overlooking the Ronda Gorge, in this incredibly well appointed Victorian Hotel’s Restaurant. Located just slightly away (easy walking distance) from the main shopping hub. They do have accessible onsite parking. Oh, the food. The same high quality and standard as the surroundings. 10/10
