Hotel Barrier Les Neiges is sheer class. Exceptionally attentive but subtle staff, and amazing detail around the hotel. We had a wonderful meal at B Fire, looking out at snow falling in the dark, and listening to wonderful lounge singers wandering around the restaurant singing beautifully.
