Booked this as recommended for a birthday treat, however we left very sadly disappointed & hungry despite spending a great deal of money. We were persuaded to buy their specialist cuts of meat, however this did not provide a sufficient amount of meat for our party. We were not asked how we would like the meat cooked which arrived rare & was not to the taste of most of our group despite asking multiple times for a hot stone to cook it further, this did not arrive. This meant we were forced to eat rare meat & cold side dishes. The meat itself was of good quality but in no way was this worth the amount it cost for the little it fed. From being to end the service was appalling, the waiters took orders & just did not bother to action any requests that were made. There appeared to be no communication between the staff at all. We asked for dessert but told there were none even though we had seen photos. Ultimately the experience left us as if we had wasted money & sadly tainted was meant to be a very special occasion.

we ordered beef tartare, bbq pork ribs, and black angus streak. bbq pork ribs were really dry - would not recommend. they did come with a generous portion of chips though. steak was alright, but they did not ask us how well we wanted it done. it came out a little tough, and we would have preferred it slightly rarer. it also took us an hour to serve us our mains. the couple next to us arrived halfway throughout our meal, but they ordered, ate, and left before we even got our main course. servers were friendly.

Lovely, upscale restaurant for meat in seaside Cefalú. Food is tasty, fairly priced, and service is charming and attentive. Recommended, especially for those interested in a change from seafood. Gorgeous decor.

Great steak offerings and quality at very affordable prices. Wait staff was great. Roberto is amazing to work with in selecting a wine to your liking. We are from NYC where great steakhouses are plentiful and this is definitely worth a visit!

Someone recommended BIF and we weren’t disappointed. Tucked away down one of the side streets it’s a lovely place. The menu was limited but with enough choice and the food was delicious. The Chicken terrine was so tasty. They also have an extensive wine list and a real gem with their very knowledgeable sommelier. Great night.

Fantastic meat, lovely service and fair prices considering the quality of it all. Top two restaurant we've been to in Sicily. I had the picanha which was perfect. Upon arrival, we got a glass of spumante on the house, and were later served a tasty pale ale and a delicious red wine. If you're crazy about wine, you can join the sommelier into the wine cellar, or if you're a meat head you can pick your own piece of meat. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is beautiful and has a great vibe. Lovely amouse bouche. The low score is for having been given the wrong information and served something I couldn’t eat. Specifically asked if the tagliata was beef and told yes but it was pork. I don’t eat pork. It is imperative that people working in the restaurant industry understands the importance of allergens and must know the menu they serve or find someone that does. Clearly they didn’t. Been very sick as a result of what I have eaten.
