About the restaurant Bacco Perbacco

At Bacco Perbacco is everything Italian. There is no menu, but they prepare dishes by the evening using fresh products, think of homemade pasta and lots of vegetables. The certificated chef Mario Benedictis is since 2009 owner of the restaurant. When you see the comprehensive wine menu you will understand their love for wine. Just ask the lovely hostess for advice!

I loved my experience at Bacco Perbacco! It is no wonder why it is so popular in the neighborhood and also gets high marks by travelers on TripAdvisor. The food is fantastic and the service is very friendly and efficient. They offer a 3 course menu that affords a fair amount of choice. On the evening we went there were 2 first course options, 4 pasta options for the second course and for the 3rd course there were 4 or 5 meat options and 2 fish options. The chef/owner was very accommodating, coming over to speak with us himself and making it clear that alterations can be made for allergies/sensitivities/likes/dislikes. Everything is possible..including creating mix and match dishes with the options your dinner companions have chosen making it easy to be able to try different offerings. I tried the tiramisu and the pannacotta for dessert (both good but the latter was divine!). Several freebies sprinkled through out as well. Great value for money considering we each had 4 courses, 4 glasses of wine each (!), coffee and a limoncello. We walked out stuffed and delighted for about 50 euro per person. Highly recommend!

I've been to this restaurant for several times and every time it's an amazing experience.
This restaurant is runned by two brothers and has a real Italian family athmosphere!!!
I love everything they cook, it's always fresh and something new.
I have several intolerances (lactose and wheat) and they can always cook something particluar for me :) And actually I think it's tastier then my husband gets :)))
I ussually have salmon (which I like semi cooked) and it's always a win choice.
I highly reccomend Bacco for a family or romantic dinner. I guess you need to book, as it seems to be full in the evenings.

We have been there last week and Mario received us with a nice italian Buonasera!
They immediately served us with drinks and bread.
The Menu is nicely varied.
The Antipasto was pretty huge and the pasta's dishes very very tasty and well presented.
The wine list is pretty big and they are super helpful in finding the right choice for you.
The atmosphere is really cozy and typically italian!
WE passed a very nice evening and i think we are going to come back soon.
Grazie Mille!!

I've been yesterday evening in this reastaurant for the first time and I've been really surprised for the quality of the dishes, the service and expecially for the "home" feeling that I felt since I walked in.
Regarding the food I can say only good things about what I tried:
first a risotto with shrimps and courgette (mellow, delicious),
then a tuna fish with vinegar creme and raisins (tasty, well cooked).
I also tried the dessert, a home made pana cotta with strawberrys (also this was really good).

Of coarse, without forget the limoncelo at the end...

A really nice italian restaurant, great people working there, really really kind. Moreover they told me about a live jazz concert that they are making once a month, nice music and nice food together, I'm really curious to try it.

Thanks to Bacco Perbacco and his staff, see you soon
