3/10Terrible service, had four waiters and none of them new what was going on at our table, delivered meals that didn’t belong to our table, drop the ordered plates to the wrong location at the table, waiters left after delivered the meals and didn’t come back to see if we needed anything else, we even had to get up and go find someone to give us our bill after 2 hours of waiting: it was total BS

5/10We chose a table outside. We were given one right next to the glass which serves as a windshield. Above it was a tent which was banging our heads all the time because it was not properly secured. The first plate with the fish was average both in taste and presentation, but the second was overcooked, dry and tasteless! The service although friendly, was a bit slow. Almost no one spoke English! At the end, what you pay is what you get!

9.5/10We had a great time, and the seafood platter was delicious as was the chocolate cake & cheesecake we had for dessert. Price was reasonable, but the service was top notch. It is definitely family friendly, and the boss helped to carry the pram (with my daughter on board) up the stairs.

3/10Water drops on the floors where tables and chairs being placed. Waiter service was very poor. Complementary bread was not served. After reminding served very tiny hard biscuits. Very disappointing!

9/10Good seafood restaurant. About 15-20 minute walk from the Gulbankian Museum. The staff is very welcoming and helpful in explaining the menu and the sevice is fast. The place is very clean.

3/10This place was terrible. I would not recommend ordering the unlimited seafood platters. All the food was dried out as if it was sitting for hours, not fresh at all we were very upset with this meal. The other dishes my family ordered were also not good. Our waiter was very unprofessional and had no knowledge of the menu. Waste of money.

9/10Excellent service. Food was great and selection of the buffet-style servings were just perfect. They were ready with the candles for my husband’s birthday celebration. We were so lucky to have landed at this great find for our large party of 9. BTW- one of the best red sangria I’ve ever had ☺️

2/10We made reservation an advance with hope will have pleasant evening. The menu very tricky. One combo meal listed €32 for two person, but when you are paying check it is surprising you that it is per person????? Why not to say $64 and you can share whatever people you want it. All dishes came cold. Taste like it had been in the fridge a week. No dressing, no sauce, no salt a paper. One nipping when you eat seafood. Overall - do not waste your time and money. Terrible service, terrible food, place Aigul.
