We thought this would be a good lunch option with the 30% off food. Even with the discount this place is way over priced. The food is good but $266 for 2 people is rich. The $79 advertised steak which for some reason was $86 on the bill wasn’t anywhere near the caliber of steak at that price. We won’t go back very disappointing

We ordered a vegetarian pizza, parpadelle ragu, kid’s size pasta & goats cheese salad. Food was delicious. Portion size was decent. We probably ordered too much because we were rolling ourselves out by the end of lunch. Wait staff service was good. We only waited a little while before being shown to our table. Wait times for a Saturday lunch was average. It was a pretty hot day that day, and sitting outside (even under shelter) proved to be quite warm.

The restaurant is lovely and i love all the vintage phones. The food was delicious and the staff quite attentive. The only thing was that after dinner while we were eating dessert the music next door was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation.

We love Baia! The staff are always so wonderful and accomodating for our kids and the food really is fantastic. The pizzas are a little hit and miss… Although most are great they don’t quite have that authentic Italian wood fire feel but anything else from the menu is super delish.

The staff were welcoming with a great smile, the food was good, the calamari were delicious the pizza was pretty good as well, service was a little slow when ordering drinks.

Whilst the food was very good and the location terrific ,the service was poorly designed. The staff were friendly and thoughtful but the style of service was impersonal and we were not confident of a satisfying experience.

Great authentic food and service. It’s was a hot day though and being Alfresco there needed to be more means to cool the dinning areas. There we’re no fans to the Patio area and AC was not doing enough as windows were open. Vinyl Armchair seating was not the most comfortable in hot weather. Cocktails were excellent, love the happy hour!

Food was good for price with the fork deal! It was quite hot inside the restaurant though I don’t think they have aircon but also considering it’s an open restaurant. Nice casual atmosphere.

Waited 10 mins to be seated and then waited another 35 mins to place our order. Food was good but not worth the wait. If we come next time we will book for 7pm and turn up at 8pm. Waiter somehow expected a tip at the end of the night. They seemed very busy and understaffed

Baia exceeded our expectations. Our waitress was incredible - she was personable and offered great recommendations to us. The food was delicious. I recommend the garlic chilly prawn if you’re a garlic lover and the market fish was cooked to perfection. Overall, we had a wonderful experience dining at Baia the Italian and would come back again.

The food was amazing. I had Crab Prawn & Balmain Bug Ravioli ravioli. The pasta was home made and cooked al dente. The saffron sauce and seafood stuffing in the raviolis was excellent; so full of flavour. Then had ice cream for dessert. Also amazing

The food was delicious, fresh and tasty. Portions was perfect, we shared our dishes between the two of us because it's so good. We had the salt and pepper squid - can't resist it so good as starters, aged smoked lamb racks with pumpkin puree, spinach and jus - wonderful flavour combo and finally Caesar salad - perfectly seasoned and dressing was just right all throughout the salad. Will return again and again if they continue with this perfect experience.

Staff were friendly and food was of a pleasing standard. We didn’t feel rushed which we really appreciated too. It is one of the better restaurants at Darling harbour and with “the fork” discount it was good value too. It’s a small point but the Aperol Spritz’s were too light on the Aperol. A stronger drink would have made the experience excellent instead of good.

The food and restaurant vibe were fabulous. Service was a little slow - but it was a very busy Saturday lunch. I was disappointed to discover that the The Fork 30% discount was not applied to our bill. Upon discovering this I contacted The Fork via the live chat and they sorted this out very efficiently for me.

Nice welcoming stuff with smile, delicious food and great service. I really enjoyed our lunch with friends. We have some strarters, oysters and a few mains following sweets with coffees. Nice views from the restaurant too. We will be back !! Well done guys good job !!

We had a late lunch and the food was great. The seafood pizza is delicious. At 3pm alcoholic drinks were 49% off which were an added bonus - only catch is that you order at the bar which we did not mind at all. The cocktails were fantastic!
