9.5/10Really unusual ‘tasting’ menu of different flavours that four of us could share and went well together. The servers were friendly and spoke good English, and explained the menu and suggested a very nice local wine.

10/10The food at this place is out of this world, just really tasty sharing plates of really imaginative, gorgeous food. The staff were all extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care that you were enjoying the experience. Resteraunt is in a tucked away location within view of a stunning beach with a modern and stylish dining room with a bar. The guy who managed front of house is a good laugh and chats freely with all the customers he asked us if we were Spanish/English/French/or Dutch. If he speaks all those languages that is insane. To my detriment I can only just order wine in Spanish and I have so much respect for these guys who work there arsed off in these restaurants serving us food and conversing with us freely in our own language. Cannot emphasise the food enough, I’ve eaten at Michelin star restaurants that were nowhere near as good. If you’re in San Sebastián just go. The chefs a genius and deserves a Michelin star and depending where you stay it’s a cool walk there as well

4/10I rang ahead to apologise our party size was 2 instead of 4. I was advised by a gentleman that was not a problem as they were very busy anyway. On arrival the waitress said it was a big problem that I had not told them. Tried to explain I had rang to inform of this but she was not interested. Even when she confirmed the call with her colleague no apology for being so rude. Would have left at that point if we had not paid a deposit. Overall a really poor experience.

10/10The view is amazing and the atmosphere relaxed. I can honestly say this is the best meal I have had out. The waiter was a lovely young man who understood the food and gave great advice. We shared a mixture of small plates which were varied and tasty. The duck ravioli was delicate and filled with the most fantastic flavour. It was an exceptional meal and I cannot rate El Kbzon highly enough.
